Mijn dromen en ambities

Vorig jaar heb ik besloten om gebruik te maken van een vrijwillige vertrekregeling bij mijn huidige werkgever. Nu ben ik op zoek naar een nieuwe uitdaging in met name de Service Delivery in de meest brede zin van het woord. Het is makkelijk gezegd natuurlijk maar service verlening, tevreden klanten en tevreden medewerkers zijn mijn grootste professionele passie.

Ik heb ervaring in project management, people management, delivery management, application development, business management, service management, datacenter management en (pre)sales activiteiten.

Mijn belangrijkste professionele vaardigheden zijn communicatie & presentatie, ITIl, netwerken, teambuilding, P&L management, cultural awareness.

Role: Global Account Delivery Executive AkzoNobel

Activities:
Overall responsible for the Service Delivery to AkzoNobel (primarily End User Workplace Management, On Site support, Helpdesk activities and projects). Cost responsibility around 25M$.

Responsible for:
• Delivery of all the Outsourcing Services
• Off shoring of the delivery activities
• Full P&L responsibility
• Customer Satisfaction
• Chairing account team meeting
• Communication strategy

2010 - 2011

Role: Global Account Delivery Executive Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS)
Activities:
Overall responsible for the Service Delivery to RBS (primarily Data Center Services, Application Management and projects).

Responsible for the total service delivery to the customer in the Netherlands with exception of the SAP environment. 8 Operating Companies in the Netherlands with a total of about 2800 end-users.
Also responsible for the delivery of services for the so called Corporate Services like International e-mail and the Internet activities.

During this period also responsible for the transition and transformation of the employees and the services into the European Delivery organization of HP.
