Werkervaring
-Sales Support Specialist BeNeLux (Sept 2015 – Present)
Qualifying new customers and building relationships with existing.
Maintaining a CRM system (Salesforce), managing software maintenance contracts and selling new business solutions by managing the whole sales cycle. My main focus lies at accounts who are located in Belgium and Luxembourg but I also cover the financial industry in the whole BeNeLux.
This all to evaluate our customers’ needs and help them to be more efficient.

-Nespresso Sales Agent (2014 – 2015)
Selling and promoting the Nespresso brand.
By doing so, I had to sell both the machines and coffee. As a Nespresso Sales Agent, I was responsible for properly promoting the brand by selling customers the best solution for their needs and providing good customer service.
-Team leader/ Assistant manager at Albert Heijn (2010-2014)
Managing the store, making schedules for daily activities, checking the inventory and anticipating future customer demand. Communicating with the customers was very important. Answering their questions and solving their problems. So the customers felt understood and could go home with everything they needed.
